SEN and Mental Health Support – Maidenhead

Are you patient and passionate? Are you looking to support children with their mental health?

A wonderful school in Maidenhead is looking to recruit a SEN and Mental Health Support Worker. This is an amazing opportunity to make a difference and join a wonderful team.

These children have difficulties with anxiety, trauma, depression and associated learning difficulties. Your job as a SEN and Mental Health Support Worker will be to really assist these children with both processing and managing their emotions and behaviours.

These children require an individual who is passionate about mental health and who will go above and beyond to help them with their learning difficulties. They require support and will really benefit from someone with a positive attitude who can help them reach their full potential and really make an impact.

Your role would primarily involve supporting the class teacher with general classroom duties as well providing assistance to students either on a 1:1 basis or in a small group setting. You would really be involved in helping to make a positive impact on these young children!

The role would suit someone who is strong-willed, positive and confident. Graduates are encouraged to apply as well as those with relevant childcare experience. This is a wonderful opportunity for those looking to gain valuable skills in the education sector.
