Requirements:
🔸 Relevant Experience: Previous experience working with SEN students is preferred. 🔸 Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. 🔸 Patience and Empathy: Ability to connect and engage with students on an individual level. 🔸 Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians. 🔸DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
