As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be exposed to students of various abilities, and learning needs. This environment will build your knowledge of how differentiation works in a classroom and guide you to developing the tools to encourage student success.

* The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant is one who is confident, dedicated, a strong role model, and has a positive outlook towards life. You will be working 1:1 with a child with ASD. This role is ideal for someone with SEN experience and is active.
* You will provide pupils with a sense of stability and peace within the classroom, helping students feel confident in their overall learning.

Qualifications:
* Good GCSE Grades - Essential
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN - Essential
* Undergraduate Degree preferable e.g., psychology, criminology etc.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Updated DBS
* Lives in Fulham or within commutable distance
