Seeking SEN Learning Support Assistants to join an SEN School in Bournemouth- full-time immediate start on an on-going, temp to potential perm basis.

The school caters for pupils aged 7-19 years diagnosed with aspergers syndrome and other associated needs. The children who attend this school display various levels of challenging behaviour combined with other complex needs so you will be required to support pupils across the school in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
The suitable candidates will;
* Have experience of supporting children with special educational needs.
* Be empathetic and nurturing
* Be able to manage varying levels of challenging behaviour
* Have the ability to think on your feet and adapt to situations
This is a challenging environment to work in, but also very rewarding. This role is suited to someone who enjoys the variation of working in this type of environment, with a passion and love for working with and supporting children with special educational needs.
You will be joining an experienced, very supportive team of senior leaders, teachers, and support staff and will be provided with the necessary training.
