As a Primary Teacher, you will need to be a creative, open-minded and positive individual who has the ability to adapt teaching strategies and approaches specific to the school. You will need to have strong behaviour management skills and an innate ability to build relationships with children. As a Primary Teacher is it essential that you have good communication skills as this is vital when speaking to TAs and other staff members in the school.

Primary Teacher Requirements:

* QTS
* Clean DBS
* Knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Curriculum.
* Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
* Open-minded approach.
* Creative, friendly and fun teaching strategies.
