Early Years Teacher - Stevenage

Are you passionate about fostering the growth of young minds and paving the way for lifelong learning? Our wonderful school in Stevenage are seeking a committed Early Years Teacher to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a welcoming and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and develop at their own pace.

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children. Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing engaging curriculum activities that promote holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. With your creativity, dedication, and passion, you'll inspire young minds and create a positive learning atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You'll cultivate a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration. Building strong connections with children, parents, and colleagues will be essential, fostering open communication and collaboration.

You'll conduct ongoing assessments to monitor individual progress and tailor instruction to meet each child's unique needs. Creating a safe and inclusive space where children feel empowered to express themselves and develop vital social skills will be a priority. Additionally, you'll provide guidance and support to promote children's emotional well-being as they navigate early childhood experiences.

Collaboration with fellow team members to organize special events, outings, and projects that enhance the learning journey will also be part of your responsibilities.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working with young children in an educational setting and a profound understanding of child development theories, pedagogical approaches, and EYFS curriculum standards. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment are also crucial.

If you're driven, dedicated, and passionate about positively influencing the lives of young children and can commute to Hertford, we encourage you to apply now! #Stevenage #Early Years Teacher #Stevenage #Early Years Teacher #Stevenage #Education and Training #Education and Training #Education and Training #Education and Training
