Position Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' individual learning needs, promoting their independence, and assisting our dedicated teaching staff in delivering tailored educational programs. Your role will involve working closely with students both one-on-one and in small groups, helping them overcome barriers to learning and promoting their social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
* Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Promote social and emotional development and help build students' confidence and self-esteem.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other educational professionals.
* Support students in accessing the curriculum and engaging in classroom activities.
* Monitor and report on student progress and behavior.
* Help with the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.
