Role Overview:

As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and educating our pupils. You will deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of a diverse student body, while fostering a love for learning and promoting a positive classroom environment. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the wider community is integral to our ethos, and we encourage innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum, ensuring differentiation to meet the needs of all learners.
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
* Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community.
* Establish positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular communication regarding pupil progress and well-being.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in a diverse urban setting.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
* Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
