Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver engaging and interactive science lessons across disciplines such as biology, chemistry, physics, and environmental science.
* Cultivate a hands-on and inquiry-based learning environment that encourages exploration, experimentation, and critical thinking.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including laboratory experiments, demonstrations, multimedia resources, and field trips, to enhance student understanding and engagement.
* Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to develop their scientific literacy, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects, curriculum materials, and assessments that align with educational standards and promote scientific literacy.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
* Proven experience in teaching science at the secondary or higher education level.
* Strong knowledge of scientific principles and concepts across multiple disciplines, with expertise in at least one area.
* Familiarity with inquiry-based learning approaches and experiential learning opportunities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
* Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
