As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs. Here's what the role involves:

🔍 Responsibilities:

* Working closely with students, both in groups and one-on-one, to provide academic and emotional support
* Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Collaborating with teaching staff to adapt and differentiate learning materials to meet the needs of individual students
* Supporting students during classroom activities, ensuring their participation and engagement
* Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and any areas needing additional support
