As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Here's what the role entails:

🎓 Responsibilities:

* Working one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide academic support across a range of subjects
* Assisting students with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals
* Implementing strategies and interventions outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress
* Supporting students in developing essential study skills, organizational techniques, and confidence in their abilities
* Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure the provision of high-quality, differentiated learning experiences for all students
