Requirements:
🔍 Previous experience working with SEN pupils is preferred but not essential
📝 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🎓 Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent
📋 Ability to adapt to the varying needs of SEN pupils and work flexibly within a team
