Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
* Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Implementing effective assessment strategies to track student progress.
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching approaches.
* Providing constructive feedback and support to students to foster their academic and personal growth.
* Participating in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the school community.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS.
* A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational abilities and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* A positive and proactive approach to professional development.
* Previous experience working with secondary school students is desirable but not essential.
* Focus and drive to impact the education and training of a diverse student base.
