* Collaborating closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs to adapt and differentiate learning activities to meet the needs of individual students.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
* Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians as required.

Requirements:

* Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with students with SEN or disabilities.

* Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEN is desirable but not essential.
