Role Responsibilities:

Assist in Planning and Delivering Lessons: Work with the teachers to plan and deliver engaging and lessons, supporting the development of early years student's academic and social skills..

Observation and Assessment: Help to assess the student's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents, and identifying areas where additional support is required.

Classroom Management: Assist in maintaining a safe and organised learning environment, helping students develop good behaviour and social skills.
*

Parental Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing feedback on student progress and participating in parent-teacher meetings as needed.
*

Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in early years education, participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
