Lower KS2 Teacher needed in Kirkby-in-Ashfield

Academics are working closely with primary schools based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield who require a Lower KS2 Teacher to support them across sites with cover requirements.

What would the role involve?
* Supporting primary schools across Kirkby-in-Ashfield with sickness, PPA and training cover
* Delivering planned lessons
* Ensuring pupils stay on task and achieve their best in their class teacher's absence
* Working between 8.30am and 16:00pm
* Providing hand-over notes for the Class Teacher
* Adhering to school policies
* Ensuring safeguarding
* Creating a happy and inclusive environment for children to learn and thrive
What do you need to be a Lower KS2 Teacher with Academics?
* A Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) / Teacher Reference Number
* Experience teaching children within KS2
* Have or be willing to process an enhanced DBS certificate
* Teaching references (ideally covering the last 24 months)
