Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Hull

Are you passionate about supporting the educational development of young minds? Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative learning environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team to work across primary schools in Hull.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.
* Provide one-to-one support for students who may require additional assistance.
* Support the overall well-being and development of students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers to create and implement effective learning activities.
* Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
* Supervise and support students during break times and outings.
* Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to work in education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient and flexible approach to working with children of varying abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of educational principles and practices.
* A commitment to promoting equality and diversity within the school community.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Mathematics.
* Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications or willingness to work towards them.
