Location: South West and West London
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team, providing support across various schools in South West and West London. While Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not essential, prior experience in a similar role is a must.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage classrooms during the short-term absence of the regular teacher.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in a variety of subjects.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Manage student behavior effectively, promoting a culture of respect and engagement.
* Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a school environment is essential.
* Ability to adapt to various teaching styles and classroom settings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to travel to different schools across South West and West London.
* Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance is mandatory.
* QTS is not mandatory but would be advantageous.
* ECTS (Education, Childcare, and Teaching Support) qualifications are welcome.
