Working as a HLTA entails:
* Holding a Cache Level 4 HLTA Qualification
* Leading classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Managing behaviour
* Having knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Being engaging and inclusive
* Reporting and recording any safeguarding concerns
* Continuing work standards in the teachers absence
* Working with varied staff teams
