As an SEHM Teacher, you will be:

* Qualified SEND Teacher: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience working with children with SEND.
* Empathetic and Inclusive: Demonstrate a deep understanding of diverse learning needs and the ability to create an inclusive classroom environment.
* Innovative and Creative: Bring fresh ideas and innovative teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
* Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for your students.
* Passionate Advocate: Be an advocate for children with SEND, championing their rights and potential.
