Academics are currently seeking dedicated, passionate and proactive individuals to join our team as a Teaching Assistant to work within our partnership primary schools across Cardiff.
The role: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Cardiff
Pay: Starting at £76 per day (dependant on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full-time (Mon to Fri, 8:30am – 3:30pm)
Responsibilities as a TA include:
⭐Collaborate with teachers to support daily classroom activities.
⭐Supervise pupils inside the classroom and during break times.
⭐Foster a supportive and inclusive environment
⭐Provide individualised support to individuals with additional needs
Qualifications and Experience:
⭐Relevant qualifications (HLTA, Childcare, Teaching Assistant) highly desirable
⭐Strong communication skills
⭐Fluency in English
⭐Experience working with children or within a primary school setting (highly desirable)
