Candidate Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEN
* Positive attitude and willingness to assist in various classroom tasks
* Ability to use initiative and thrive under pressure
* Effective communication skills with children and colleagues
* Any experience with SEN-specific training (e.g., PECS, Makaton) is beneficial but not essential
* Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant
* Availability to work in Greenwich, South London
Role Overview: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll:
* Support pupils with autism (SEMH) in their learning journey
* Provide assistance on a 1-1 and group basis
* Assess and cater to individual learning needs
* Monitor and report on pupil progress
* Foster social and emotional development in students
