Key Responsibilities:

Support students with SEN in their learning and development, both inside and outside the classroom.

Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored support to meet the diverse needs of students.

Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents to ensure continuous improvement and achievement.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

🧠 Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children with SEN.

Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support are advantageous.
