Your Role as a History teacher
* Teach & Inspire – Deliver captivating history lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, making historical events and themes relevant and engaging.
* Plan with Purpose – Design and implement well-structured lesson plans that encourage deep understanding and analytical thinking.
* Develop Critical Minds – Challenge students to consider their place in history and society, fostering a sense of global awareness and responsibility.
* Support & Encourage – Offer tailored guidance to help students reach their full potential and develop a lasting appreciation for history.
* Monitor Progress – Assess student understanding, track development, and ensure they are well-prepared for exams and future academic challenges.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Proven experience teaching history, preferably at KS3 and KS4 levels
✔ A passion for making history engaging, relevant, and thought-provoking
