Are you an experienced and compassionate Classroom Assistant in Wantage looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated individual to support a child in Key Stage 1 with ADHD and significant attachment difficulties, which can lead to dysregulated behaviour.

* £16,282.50 - £17,282.50 (£83.50 - £90 per day)
About the Role:
* Provide 1:1 support in the classroom, helping the Wantage child engage with learning.
* Deliver targeted interventions to support emotional regulation and academic progress.
* Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement strategies tailored to the child’s needs.
* Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
About You:
* Essential: Experience supporting children with ADHD and Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Confident in delivering 1:1 interventions and adapting strategies to support emotional and behavioural needs.
* Patient, resilient, and able to build a trusting relationship with the child.
* Preferred: Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent experience.
