Geography Teacher (Full-Time) – Starting April 2025

Are you a passionate and dynamic Geography teacher ready to inspire the next generation of explorers and environmental leaders? This very supportive secondary school based in Tring,Hertfordshire is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join our vibrant school community from April 2025.

The Role: As a Geography Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to students across Key Stages KS3/KS4/KS5, encouraging a love for Geography while helping them develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team of educators and be supported in your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Teach Geography at Key Stage 3, 4 & 5
* Plan and deliver creative and inspiring lessons.
* Assess, track, and report on student progress.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum development.
* Support students' well-being and academic growth.

We are looking for someone who:

* Has a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
* Has a strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is dedicated to student success and well-being.
* Is a team player, committed to contributing to the wider school community.
