Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and develop the Computer Science department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

* Inspire and motivate students to excel in Computer Science from Key Stage 3 through to A-Level.
* Provide mentoring and guidance for a team of dedicated teachers.
