Our schools are looking for certain skills and training when adding to their key stage 2 team, which include:
* Experience working as a Key Stage 2 Teacher
* A QTS or equivalent
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A love for the classroom and education
* An enhanced DBS certificate or the willingness to process a new one
* Experience achieving great success for UPKS2 pupils
* Creativity and innovation when it comes to planning and delivering UPKS2 lessons
* The ability to take on feedback and reflect on your professional performance
* You will ideally have a proven track record of success leading pupils into their SATs year which can be evidenced through referencing
* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum
