* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 3:30 pm)

Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning? A specialist provision in Bracknell is looking for a dedicated Outreach Behaviour Specialist to support students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

This rewarding role involves working within the school setting as well as providing outreach support to local primary and secondary schools, ensuring students receive the guidance and interventions needed to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver targeted behaviour interventions in both school and outreach environments.
* Build positive relationships with students using restorative and supportive approaches.
* Help students develop emotional regulation, self-confidence, and resilience.
* Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external professionals to implement effective behaviour strategies.
* Engage students in structured activities, mentoring, and creative approaches to learning.

Who We’re Looking For:

No formal experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, this role would suit individuals with a background in education, youth work, coaching, or behaviour support. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude are essential.
