* Role: 1:1 Behaviour Mentor
* Salary: £83 - £95 per day
* Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential for permanent
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 3:30 pm)

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives? A specialist school in Hillingdon is looking for a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to work with students who require tailored support to help manage behaviour and overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 emotional and behavioural support to students with Autism, social communication difficulties, and other additional needs.
* Support children in developing emotional resilience, social skills, and effective communication.
* Collaborate with teachers and the support team to create an inclusive and structured learning environment.
* Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with students to aid their academic and personal growth.

Who We're Looking For:

This role is perfect for someone looking to make a real difference in children’s lives. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, a background or interest in psychology, education, social work, or special educational needs (SEN) would be beneficial. Key qualities include patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
