Your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the business and academic leaders in the schools
* Maintaining a brand new school site
* Leading the premises team on a day to day basis and delegating tasks
* Overseeing the work of contractors
* Improving schools sites in a cost effective manner
Requirements for the position include:
• DBS - In date, with no reprimands which prohibit working with children
• Relevant qualifications – Ideally you will have qualifications in Heath & Safety
• Project management experience
• You will have strong knowledge of IT
• Strong commitment and a positive attitude to the role and objectives
