The Senior Leadership Team is committed to offering continuous support, ensuring every ECT has the resources and guidance necessary for success. Teachers at this school are valued and supported throughout their careers in a nurturing environment. You will be encouraged to take part in various professional development opportunities, including CPD sessions and collaborative planning with colleagues

* Position: Primary School ECT
* Location: Redbridge, London
* Start Date: September 2025 start
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Full time: 5 Days Per Week
* Choice of EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Salary: MPS1 – MPS2 (£36,412 – £38,318)

Key Responsibilities of a Primary School ECT

* Planning and Delivering: Lessons develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the curriculum requirements and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
* Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment that promotes student learning and behaviour.
* Assessing Student Progress: Regularly assess and monitor students' academic progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods as necessary to support their development.
* Supporting Student Development: Foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of students, providing support where needed and encouraging independence.
* Collaboration with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all students.
