Role Responsibilities:
🔹 As the Head of Creative Technology you will provide professional leadership to the Creative Technology faculty, ensuring alignment with the academy’s improvement plans.
🔹 Lead the strategic development of the faculty, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
🔹 Take direct leadership and accountability for at least one curriculum area within the faculty based on expertise and need.
🔹 The Head of Creative Technology will ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and student progress across all Creative Technology subjects.
🔹 Collaborate with staff and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
