Key Details:
* Learning Support Assistant

* £80-£95 per day
* 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
* Clear DBS (or willingness to apply)
Responsibilities:
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students are encouraged to participate and build confidence.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with varying learning needs.
* Assist in implementing and monitoring individual education plans (IEPs) and personalised learning strategies.
* Help students develop important social and emotional skills, enhancing their overall learning experience.
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing student behaviour.
