About the Role:
* Full-time teaching position in a highly regarded SEN school.
* Deliver high-quality lessons as a KS1 SEN Teacher to pupils within a speech and language specialist provision based in Caterham
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports individual needs.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of SEN professionals, speech and language therapists, and support staff.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, tailoring interventions as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
* Experience working in a SEN setting or with children with speech and language needs (desirable but not essential).
* A creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching, education and training.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
