A popular and academically strong primary school in Bradley Stoke are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. Ideally you will have previously worked with children either in a similar setting or in a tutoring capacity. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working across KS1 and KS2, running interventions and small group sessions.

The primary school in Bradley Stoke offer ongoing support and training and have a fantastic senior leadership team. The Teaching Assistant will be working full-time Monday to Friday and will not be expected to work during school holidays. Education to a degree level would be ideal for this position (2:2 or above). The school are offering a competitive daily rate for the successful teaching assistant.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the children in Key Stage 1and 2 with Maths, English as well as the other subjects. There will be a particular focus on supporting children in their SATS preparation.

The Primary school are looking for someone who is personable, works well with children, is reliable and dedicated. A strong education background is desirable for this role with a minimum of a 4 required at GCSE in Math and English.
