Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire students, working alongside the Teaching Assistant.
* Provide tailored support to individual and small groups of students to help them overcome learning challenges with the guidance of the Teaching Assistant.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment, creating an effective space for the Teaching Assistant to engage students.
* Adapt your approach to meet the diverse learning needs of students, helping them thrive with the support of the Teaching Assistant.
* Assist with classroom management, organisation, and some administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations alongside the Teaching Assistant.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and accessible way as a Teaching Assistant.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, helping them feel supported by the Teaching Assistant.
* Flexibility and a proactive attitude in supporting a dynamic classroom environment as part of the Teaching Assistant role.
* A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed academically and emotionally as a Teaching Assistant.
