We are currently recruiting several qualified teachers for a group of secondary Schools around the South Bucks and Buckinghamshire’s area.

Have you had enough of planning & marking – supply/covering for the day only?

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating students in various subjects, with a particular emphasis on core subjects, English, Maths & Science.

This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to manage behaviour, and experience in special education or tutoring would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.
• Educate students in English and other assigned subjects, ensuring comprehension and retention of material.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Provide additional support for students with special educational needs through tailored instruction and resources.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methodologies.

Experience
• QTS is essential.
• Previous experience teaching at the high school level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Experience in special education or tutoring is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Skills in behaviour management techniques to support student engagement and learning.
