Learning Support Assistant – Reading – Role Overview:
* Work as a Learning Support Assistant in a vibrant Reading primary school.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to students’ needs.

What We’re Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant in Reading:
✔ Previous experience working with children (schools, tutoring, mentoring, childcare, etc.)
✔ A passion for education and supporting children’s learning
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential
