The Role – Full-time Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a Full-time Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Coleshill. This role will start immediately and run until May half term, with the potential for an extension until July. Your duties will vary, including providing 1:1 support for individual students and assisting with whole-class activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to students who may require additional help.
* Assist in delivering lessons and supporting the learning of students across various subjects.
* Help manage classroom activities, ensuring that all students are engaged and progressing.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.
* Support the overall well-being of students and contribute to their social and emotional development.
About You:
* Experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
* Knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
* Patient, proactive, and adaptable to varying classroom needs.
* Based in or near Coleshill, and available full-time until at least May half term.
