Key Responsibilities of a Higher Level Teaching:
* Provide support to individual students or small groups who need additional help.
* Monitor students’ progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and carers to discuss development.
* Take responsibility for teaching classes independently, especially when the teacher is absent due to illness or leave.
* Set up classrooms for lessons and ensure resources such as books and handouts are prepared.
* Plan and deliver learning activities, either independently or with guidance from the teacher.
