Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver creative and engaging lessons
* Support students with individual and group learning, helping them overcome challenges
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
* Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students
* Assist with classroom organisation, student management, and administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
* Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting a dynamic classroom
* A genuine passion for supporting young learners academically and emotionally
* No prior experience required – full training and support will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for new Teaching Assistants or graduates looking to get into education
