SEN Teaching assistant in Bridgend:
This role requires resilience and a good work ethic, as well as good experience in various situations in an ALN setting.
You must be able to assist the teacher in delivering successful lessons as well as helping with classroom management to ensure the lesson is delivered as efficiently as possible!
Being comfortable 1 to 1 with SEN pupils is also desirable, as well as being able to take small groups by yourself.
