The Role – Full-Time Year 5 Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a Full-Time Year 5 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 student in their academic progress at a primary school in Stourport-On-Severn. This role will start immediately and run until July 1st, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to a Year 5 student, focusing on English and Maths.
* Help with academic and behavioural progress, ensuring the student’s needs are met.
* Work closely with the teacher to create a supportive learning environment for the Year 5 student.
About You:
* Previous experience as a Year 5 Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong academic background in English and Maths, with knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum.
* Patient, proactive, and empathetic, with the ability to support the development of a Year 5 student.
