We are looking fro a graduate teacher who is dedicated to nurturing the minds of young students and looking to grow their career in a supportive and friendly environment.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ educational journeys. Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will present lessons in an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. This role is ideal for a graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in education.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and present engaing lessons to a year 2 class.
* Collaborate with other teachers to ensure creativity in the learning activities.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) improving your adaptability and expereince.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to parents and the SLT.
* Contribute to the overall well-being and development of students, promoting the childrens confidence and independence.

Requirements as a Graduate Teacher:

* Recent Graduate: A degree in any subject, with a QTS.
* Passion for Education: A genuine desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives and support their learning journey.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with students, staff, and parents.
* Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the varying needs of students and the classroom environment.
* Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for students.
* Commitment: Dedication to supporting children’s learning and development, with a proactive and positive attitude
* Transport: Be able to commute to Bedford in a timely fashion.
