Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
* Work closely with specialist teachers to create and deliver interactive and engaging lessons.
* Offer personalised support to students with additional needs, ensuring they reach their full potential.
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports every child's development.
* Assist children of different abilities, offering targeted help in both small group settings and one-on-one interactions.
* Maintain effective classroom management and support positive behaviour.
