ALN Teaching Assistant - Experience Required
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team, with a focus on Additional Learning Needs (ALN) support. This rewarding role involves working with children in a primary school setting who require additional assistance to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with Additional Learning Needs in various classroom activities.
* Assist in the delivery of tailored educational support to meet individual learning requirements.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure student progress and well-being.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience working in a primary school or similar educational setting.
* Experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
* Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required.
* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
* A passion for working with children and a commitment to making a difference in their educational journey.
