Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Humanities Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate teacher to join a secondary school in Ellesmere Port. The role is to start as soon as possible and will run until the Summer holidays, with the possibility of an extension after the summer term.

Position: Full-Time Humanities Teacher
Location: Ellesmere Port
Contract: Agency Supply (ASAP – Summer with potential for extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30
Pay: £160 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering engaging, high-quality Humanities lessons to secondary students.
* Planning and marking lessons, providing feedback to students.
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Working collaboratively with other staff to enhance student development and achievement.

What We Offer:

* Competitive Pay: £160 - £200 per day, depending on experience.
* PAYE: We pay you directly through PAYE, meaning no hassle with tax and deductions.
* Referral Scheme: Earn £125 for each teacher or £75 for teaching assistants you refer to us.
* Local Agency: We are a locally-based agency in Ellesmere Port with over 10 years of experience supporting schools in the area.
* Potential for Extension: This role is initially until the Summer holidays, with the possibility of an extension into the new academic year.
* ECTs Welcome: Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply.

What We’re Looking For:

* A qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent. (ECTs welcome too)
* A passion for teaching Humanities and helping students achieve their full potential.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage students of various abilities.
* A positive, proactive approach to classroom management and learning.
* Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.
