The Graduate Teaching Programme

You’ll be supporting a Year 4 class in Reading, working closely with the teacher to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your role will involve:

* Supporting students in class – Helping children grasp key concepts in English, Maths, and Science in Reading.
* Small group and 1:1 support – Assisting students who need extra help with their learning in Reading.
* Learning classroom management – Gaining hands-on experience in behaviour management and lesson planning in Reading.
* Assisting with SEN students – Supporting children with additional needs, such as Autism, ADHD, or Dyslexia in Reading.

Who We’re Looking For

* A graduate with a strong academic background – Degrees in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, or Science are particularly relevant in Reading.
