Contract: Full-time, term-time only (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: £90 - £115 per day
Role Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils in their learning and development. Your role will involve working with individuals and small groups, providing tailored support to ensure all students reach their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a primary school setting in Sutton.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with their learning in class, both one-to-one and in small groups
Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Encouraging students to develop confidence and independence in their learning
Supporting children with additional learning needs to ensure progress
Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is desirable
A passion for supporting children’s education and development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient and proactive approach to working with young learners
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
